IHWO is run by a highly skilled and motivated team of volunteers and paid staff.

People with various backgrounds, work disciplines and experience make up the team – all are united in their dedication and commitment to serving the needs of the community.

IHWO is lead by the Management Committee, which is made up of 14 committee members. The Management Committee takes the ultimate responsibility for making decisions on the organisation’s operation. Various sub-teams, each with a Team Leader, have been established and report to the Management Committee. A strong team of staff, including a Community Development Officer, is also in place and helps to organise and deliver IHWO’s various activities.

	Neelam Aggarwal - Chairperson Neelam is one of the co-founders of IHWO (Northampton). From its inception in 1996, she continues to drive the aims and aspirations of the organisation tirelessly. The organisation benefit hugely from Neelam’s other work and associations with local organisations and councils.
	Atul Karavadra - Committee Member - Treasurer Atul has been a valued member of the committee. He has vast knowledge and skills in running a business which has been extremely beneficial to the organisation.
	Danny Parmar - Committee Member - Project Management Committee Danny has recently joined the IHWO Committee. He also plays a vital role in the Project Management Committee for the Northampton Kutumbh Centre Project.
	Chhotubhai Mistry - Committee Member - Religious & Cultural Chhotubhai has been one of the first members of the Hindu Community to move into Northampton. He is a valued member of the Committee and the community. His leadership role within community has been a vital part in events and activities.
	Manubhai Mistry - Committee Member - Fundraising Manubhai is an active member of the committee. He also plays a vital role in supporting events and activities.
	Kamlesh Haria - Committee Member - Website Kamlesh has recently joined the IHWO committee. He is the main leader for the new IHWO website who has helped create it and continues to develop and maintain it.
	Jashwantbhai Mistry - Committee Member - Voluteers Jashwantbhai has recently joined the IHWO Committee. He plays an active role with all the activities and events which takes place and manages the volunteers at major events.
	Paramjeet Singh - Committee Member Paramjeet is a supportive member of the committee. He also plays a vital role supporting events and activities, also being a helping hand for other committee members.
	Nikul Odedra - Committee Member - Media-Marketing Nikul has been in the committee for over a year now and has continued to bring a vibrant and energetic atmosphere to the committee. His expertise in the media and marketing side has been a real asset to the organisation. He is also part of the project team.
	Batukbhai Odedra - Committee Member - Religious and Culture Batukbhai is a highly respected member of the Hindu community as well as a valuable member of the organisation as he gives great help dealing with membership.
	Rona Karavadra - Committee Member - HR Sub Committee Alongside managing her own business, Rona also plays the vital role of a secretary for IHWO, supporting the chair and the staff in their day to day roles. She also has the knowledge within the Hindu community to help the organisation
	Chaturbhai Govind - Committee Member Chaturbhai is an active member of the committee. He also plays a vital role in supporting events and activities. He also leads on car boot sales for the committee.
	Rupal Shah - Committee Member Rupal Shah is a new member to IHWO having joined the Committee in October 2010. She currently works as a Project Manager within the logistics industry and hopes to use her broad expertise to help IHWO achieve its objectives. Rupal has recently moved to Northampton and is kean to integrate within the local community.
